What is significant about our eggs?
Our girls roam freely to be able to find the natural food they desire. We have found our eggs rank higher in Omega 3s; you can tell in the yolk coloring!
 
What is significant about our pork?
We choose heritage breed pork. It is a deeper flavor with high marbling. We finish our pigs on the A2 milk which makes a worlds difference. The fat melts instead of becoming chewy. There is a true difference!
