What is significant about our beef?
We found that the George Farms beef have a higher marbling and deeper red coloring giving our beef a better flavor. All of our beef scored PRIME meaning it is the most premium choice of meat.
 
What is significant about our pork?
We choose heritage breed pork. It is a deeper flavor with high marbling. We finish our pigs on the A2 milk which makes a worlds difference. The fat melts instead of becoming chewy. There is a true difference!
